DCWV Home Vinyl Lettering

One limitation you will find with this product is the lack of customization. They are pre made quotes ready to hang up on your wall. The material is the same or similar to products we sell already. In fact if you browse our wall lettering section of our website you will see that you can do much the same thing already with our on site tools. Our wall lettering product is Oracal 631 Wall Vinyl which we have had great success in providing to customers. You can apply it to a wall easily, remove it in under 2 years without residue. We purchased one of your removable vinyl lettering products & one letter is not spaced correctly. Your instuctions state it can be removed with a hair dryer. My question is “can it be repositioned & still adhere to the wall. It was only installed last week. Is there any ‘tricks’ we should follow?? Many thanks, love the effect it has on the the wall. PS: The wall is painted sheetrock.

Removing vinyl with a heat source such as a hair dryer applies only to our standard vinyl not the wall lettering you ordered. You do not need a heat source to remove wall lettering. Oracal states this vinyl can be removed without residue for up to 2 years after application. You may be able to remove the letter and reapply it, however it is not recommended or supported. If the vinyl stretches it will not work. My recommendation is email our customer service cvl@signstoyou.com with your problem/order # and we’ll send you out a replacement letter free of charge.
