Removing vinyl with a heat source such as a hair dryer applies only to our standard vinyl not the wall lettering you ordered. You do not need a heat source to remove wall lettering. Oracal states this vinyl can be removed without residue for up to 2 years after application. You may be able to remove the letter and reapply it, however it is not recommended or supported. If the vinyl stretches it will not work. My recommendation is email our customer service cvl@signstoyou.com with your problem/order # and we'll send you out a replacement letter free of charge.

We purchased one of your removable vinyl lettering products & one letter is not spaced correctly. Your instuctions state it can be removed with a hair dryer. My question is "can it be repositioned & still adhere to the wall. It was only installed last week. Is there any 'tricks' we should follow?? Many thanks, love the effect it has on the the wall. PS: The wall is painted sheetrock.
